Nancy Hoffman is a finance professional with 25 years of experience, 18 years of which have been with Mercy Health System. Nancy has always focused on supporting hospital operations with financial and operational analysis, planning and performance improvement particularly regarding labor, supply and other expense stewardship initiatives She now leads the Ministry’s Financial Performance and Decision Support teams. These teams partner with senior Operational and Quality leaders to develop and provide financial and clinical service line analytics, benchmarking and performance improvement support across Mercy’s 41 hospitals and over 900 physician practices and outpatient facilities.
