Cindi J. Goddard, Senior Managing Consultant, Health Care Performance Advisory Services
Cindi is a member of BKD’s Health Care Performance Advisory Services division. She has been a registered nurse for 24 years, focusing on population health strategies. She is a leader in care management operational design, including utilization review, case management, transitions of care and chronic care management.
Prior to joining BKD, she led population health and care management strategy at a large integrated health system, overseeing a department of more than 300 individuals. Her background includes working within value-based arrangements, including ACOs, quality improvement programs, full and partial risk provider agreements with payers and direct to employer strategies. Cindi has experience using data and analytics from multiple sources to drive improvement in population health initiatives. She also has experience with quality improvement initiatives through Joint Commission, URAC and NCQA accreditation. She is a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association, American Case Management Association and American College of Physician Advisors. Cindi is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar, with a B.S. degree in nursing, and a graduate of Missouri State University, Springfield, with a M.P.H. degree.
